Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 14 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All megaformers are first-come, first-served, so please show up early if you have a preference. If you are joining us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes early to take a look around the studio and get acquainted with the M3K+.  If you need modifications, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.
