All of our trainers are Lagree certified, with extensive background in anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. They understand that no two bodies are alike and will work with you to reach your fitness goals.
Originally from Cali, travel and fitness is her passion, however, her career was in commercial real estate and as an attorney before becoming full-time mom. Almost a decade ago, she discovered Lagree when she still lived in Los Angeles and loved how effective it was at strengthening her core. It is her profound respect for the Lagree method and desire to help people find their strongest selves that became her studio in Atlanta, Third Eye Tribe. She understands that no two bodies are alike and helps others find healthy movement through a holistic approach.

Lagree-certified in Florida, Aubrey grew up studying classic ballet. And while her fitness journey began with Zumba and teaching Pure Barre, it wasn’t until she found Lagree that her passion for fitness and dance truly came together. Aubrey just loves how movement connects the mind and body. For her, Lagree is all about perfecting your form and challenging you to the core for the most efficient, effective workout. Like all of us here, Aubrey has become totally obsessed with the Megaformer.

Ezekiel is from Peachtree City, Georgia where he was a gymnast and swimmer but also participated in competitive cheerleading… He won the National Cheerleading Championship while at the University of Kentucky. Twice! Motivated by a passion for fitness and driven by constant self-improvement, Ezekiel is known for his ability to take on anything life puts in his path. When he’s not teaching Lagree at Third Eye Tribe, he is working his other dream job as a Delta Flight Attendant.

From NY to LA to the ATL, Megan has been an Atlanta fitness presence for almost 7 years. For the last 13 years, she has been a spin teacher at Flywheel, creative director/lead trainer at SculptHouse, NASM – CPT certified, Director of Movement at StatWellness, and now kick your bootie instructor at Third Eye Tribe! She is also the founder and host of the 6 Feet Above podcast. Megan prides herself on combining her love of physical fitness with the importance of mental health and strives to inspires others to do the same.

Melissa was born in the Mecca of fitness, Southern California, where she was part of every latest, greatest fitness craze. When she moved to Atlanta over 20 years ago, she became a group fitness instructor and has taught at various studios around the city. Today, she continues to share her love and passion for fitness, all while inspiring people to be the best they can be. When she’s not at Third Eye Tribe, you can find her looking after her four kids and four dogs.

Molly is an Atlanta native and an elementary school teacher. She has always been involved in various forms of exercise and fitness and started to build her passion of exercise and nutrition into a full-time career by becoming a National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and Lagree-certified group fitness instructor. She brings a unique blend of fun and enthusiasm by pushing her clients to their greatest potential. Molly’s engaging personality ensures for a fun and challenging environment.

Guilty Pleasure: DIY projects and decorating her home
Rafael was raised in New York City where he began his fitness journey as a certified yoga instructor. From his yogi practices he sought out holistic approaches to fitness and became a Reiki Master. Rafael is an empathetic instructor with an innate ability to listen to others and learn from experiences. When he is not teaching Lagree fitness classes he is practicing one of his many talents as a musician by playing his guitar and singing. His day job is being his own boss as a high-end photography retoucher.
Favorite Lagree Move: Seated Quad Kick

Sara has been in the fitness industry for years, having taught indoor cycling, barre, and now Lagree/Megaformer classes. She is also a former NFL & NBA cheerleader and has extensive experience in the sports/media industries. Sara is VERY passionate and enthusiastic about fitness and LOVES to inspire and motivate others to be their best, strongest, and most confident and free selves. She believes in the Lagree method and the beauty of its high intensity but low impact muscular endurance workout and that movement is medicine. When she’s not teaching, Sara is a medical speech pathologist with a specialty in voice and swallowing.

Sue was born in Seoul, hopped around the country, and came to Atlanta 2 decades ago. She is truly a Jill of ALL Trades! Army Veteran, Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, Realtor, and Lagree-certified instructor… Just to name a few! Her classes are all about lighting that sets the mood, high intensity, booty kicking workouts, and fun party music!
